HOW TO DONATE
We raise all monies needed to cover the costs for the event and while there are many expenses associated in staging a gala evening, our main objective is to raise as much money as possible for the Greater Warrandyte CFA’s. This is why we are seeking sponsorship and support, both large and small.
This year we hope to raise $85,000 to purchase a new Forward Control Vehicle, an important volunteer dedicated resource for ‘command and control’ to manage and strategise bushfire response in our area.
Can you help us achieve this goal that the Greater Warrandyte CFA captains wish for?
PRODUCT AND SERVICE DONATIONS
If your company has a product or service to offer that would assist us in our organisation or production of Fireball; we would be pleased to hold discussions in regards to a cash and in-kind components to your sponsorship choice.

DONATIONS FOR AUCTIONS AND RAFFLES
The auctions and raffle are an important part of the evening, helping
us to achieve our objective of raising at least $100,000 net-profit. We are
seeking assistance with product donations to be raffled and auctioned during the evening.
Donated products will be offered as live auction items, silent auction items, raffle prizes or give-aways at the Fireball. We are also running an online auction!
As a supplier of donated products, you will receive:

The names of companies or individuals donating live auction items will be announced during the live auction and will appear with a colour photograph, short description with your company logo in the program and on the big screen.

For those donations of silent auction items, your company name will be displayed with a short description along with the item on the silent auction tables.

Online auction items have the opportunity to showcase your item, business and feature your business logo.
All donations will receive:

A letter of recognition to the value of your donated product/service if requested.

Certificate of recognition.
The Fireball Committee reserves the right to decide upon which items are chosen for the major live auction, silent auction, raffle items or give-aways.
